Kundalini and Yoga
Today we are going to discuss about kundalini and yoga.
As we can see in this image a person sitting in 90 degree angle
this is the right position to sit during meditate and yoga, and also this position is a kind of yoga asanas called padmasana.
If i say that people even don't know about yoga also. So you will say that you are joking or something else, but i want to tell you my dear friend yoga and yoga asanas(poses) are very different. When we do asanas it's prepaire our body to do yoga very well. But its not yoga , it is just part of yoga. there are many types of asanas like ;
1. Sukhasana
2. Naukasana
3.dhanurasana4. Bhujangasana
5. Vakrasana
whatever i said in this paragraph it is just first step to go ahead on kundalini path(way).
There are many academy to awake kundalini in just 7 days But let me tell you that there is no one who can awake kundalini powers in just 7 days. they just make fool to people and get money.
This a very long and hard way my friend. But as you listen that nothing is impossible in this world , whatever we think we can do that in reality also. But by the right guidance and hard work we can achieve anything.
In many books written by many people about kundalini yoga and all have their own knowledge, they gave different different way to awake kundalini that's why people think that which way is right and which is wrong , Because there are many different different types of way. so people are very confused about it.
Some says that everything is lie about kundalini yoga, some says that it is fake information , some says that like kundalini yoga things doesn't exixst, it is just a illusion to make people fool.
So on it i would like to say that its not fake no illusion. it is a truth that there is a thing in our body which is connected by the universe.
But it is not normal thing to awake it or get the powers from it. this is very long and hard way just one person who has courage can get it after so much hard work on it .
Now i will tell about the kind of ways to get it .
Basically there are two steps to awake it which are written in famous books.
1. Ashtang yoga
2. Hath yoga
But these two ways are very difficult and hard. after some time people leave in middle these ways because of them rules and regulations. if you want to try these steps so you can try it from google. But according to me as i experienced in this way, that thing I'm going to share you. By this way it will become very easy for you.
You can't see them but you can feel them during meditation after reached at the high level not in starting.
So according to me there are three simple steps by them you can awake your powers. these steps are i taken from a famous book yogdarshanam.
Three simple steps to awake your powers
1. yogasanas and stretching exercise
2. pranayama
3. Meditation
Now we will discuss about first step yogasanas and stretching exercises.
1. Yogasanas as given upper in second picture these called yogasanas, which makes our body physically strong and mold our bones in a good shape. and stretching exercises makes our muscles strong and flexible , these two things are most important to do and physical work, strong muscles and bones. Yogasanas and stretching exercises makes us physically strong.
2. Pranayama : It made by the two words Pran( breathe) Ayam(time).
It means breathe timing, How much we can control our breathe
its depend on practice that how much we practice to control our breathe. now you will ask that what is the benefits to control breathe. So let me tell you one thing that as much as we will control oxygen in our body as much as our brain will work. and we know it very well that our brain need oxygen to work properly so as much as we will collect oxygen in our body by control our breathe as much fast our brain will work. and all body parts will work properly. that's mean by these two steps our body will work properly and will strong physically and mentally. So now we are ready to do inner soul work.
3. Meditation: for meditation first we need to sit in 90 degree position like padmasana given in first picture. then we start meditation and close our eyes and speak om as much as we can hold it during speak and feel it between your eyes. Do it everyday it will active your pineal gland slowly slowly . when you will become success in active your whole pineal gland then it will release some kinds of hormones in our body. these hormones goes in our whole body through veins. then according to our daily practice these hormones helps to awake our kundalini powers to up from down. then one by one our all chakras awakes slowly slowly. this is he right process to awake kundalini powers according to me which i experienced by me.
